What I like about the gmail is that we have to recommend someone to have an account with them. This way only genuine users will be there on gmail.

Yeah, I suppose most people like to use gmail now, as compared to other free web mails. I started to use gmail is because it was the biggest mailbox size, I suppose. After the existence of gmail, other web mails started to offer more mailbox size, but I don't think people will change as they get used to gmail. Also, the simple and clean interface makes gmail loads faster than others.

Hi, Devilova. I like the way that they have the feature where we can design our screen to our liking. And I am able to delete many emails by selecting empty trash. I never will have to dump any trash out of my folder.

In my opinion the best of gmail is less spam. It also opens quickly unlike others like yahoo or aol, another best thing is that the same account can be used for signing up in orkut, blogger, picasa, gtalk etc etc.

I like gmail. I love the amount of saving space you get. It's fast, reliable. I have many gmail accounts. One thing I wish it did have was the ability to sort the email alphabetically like *cough* yahoo does. Anyone know if it does? Did I miss something?
