whats foods that can increase my weight?

I want to add my weight because I feel my weight is less, so my friends call me skinny. please give me suggestions to increase my weight..??

Well, I am also having same problem like you ... I have took so many advice and worked a lot ... but it didn't work ...
Some person said that its genetic for me ...
I can't say more ....

If we base it on current knowledge regarding how the body chooses to consume the energy of your intake. Then the body first consumes; Carbonhydrates, Fat and then finally Protein...
So things that can help you increase weight could be foods with a high count on carbonhydrates and fat; Eg diary products. But yet dont eat the "unhealthy" fat, draw nice line with what is healthy and what is not. Also consume more than your normal daily needs based on calories should increase your weight.
Proteins are used for adding on mucles to bones and for people who would want to loose weight, because the body would use the energies from the stored fat before it starts burning the energy that proteins provide.
Yet keep in mind that just because cola, sugars and chocolate has a nice high contain of carbonhydrats, that is is not the best way to cover this intake...

You can actually eat protein rich foods. Dont relly on carbo alone. You can eat spirulina. High in protein content. Eat carbo, rice, corn, potatoes (baked). Don't allow your self to eat bad cholesterol though.
