It could be anything. A guitar? A game?
A computer operation? Vocabulary?
English writing? blogging?
A martial art? Singing? dancing? whatever?
remember, age should not be a constraint for learning.
I wish to learn new things for ever. I want to keep on learning till the last day of my life.
I have a passion for learning how to make money on internet......
How about you?

Yes I will be very willing to learn new things. When I was new at work before, I don't know how to use the type writter. I am more ok to use keyboard than type writter, but it is necessary to use type writter to some of our Delivery Receipt so I initiate of learning it. Even typing, because when I look at the keyboard I notice that i am so slow, that can get my work to be not on time when finished, so I initiate also of learning how to type homekey. I downloaded a homekey tool bar and every end of my shift I alotted one and a half hour just typing until I became a fast typer. also in computer operation. our company change the system from Microsoft words to Linux, i bought a book and study how to use it. I survived. Learning doesn't stop from school and it is not always associated in academics. Even in life, whenever you made a mistake , you realize something and learned from it. Now I am reading books of Korean with Korean dictionary, hopefully I learn some Korean words before the end of the year.

yes, grecy we should not stop learning till the end of the life. Nice to note you learned many things to survive in your office work. Now you want to learn Korean language, that is really amazing. Does it have anything to do with your favorite actor?

I too like to learn new things but they must suit my aptitude. For example, I cannot bring myself to learn carpentry or some other work where there is a lot of lifting and similar kind of manual work to be done. On the other hand there have been many areas where I have acquired skills after the age of twenty six, with music , capital market ,computer and baking being a few in the list.My sisterinlaw has admiration for me in this regard and I am grateful for the capacity given by God.When there was a need I could bring myself to learn or refresh past things I knew[for example I learnt my school Algebra and Trignometry all over again [after being out of touch for more than 27 years]when my son was in his 9th standard because I wanted to work with him and make him do his best in his board exam.

Nice to note you are multi faceted lady, Kala. I admire your interest and knowlege in share trading particularly. Of course relearning algebra to teach your sons is truly impressive. You have great writing skills too.

Hi vijayanths
I too am interested in learning new things, esp. new language. I am also interested in hand embroidery, herbal plants related information and improving my garden. I will surf in the web, searching for more info about these and try to learn more about it.

Hi vijayanths, I wish to learn piano, and singing, if possible painting. :) I have a long way to go. :) I will do it. :) There is something called kutch work, that and tatting. Those are two other things. And weaving flowers into those nice strings that are worn in hair. Personally I dont wear flowers. I think that is so terrible that they should be on my hair, where I cant see them. It is like people getting a walky talky flower pot accompanying them everywhere. And I have to do the service of carrying those beautiful things around for them. Well, it is a thought and I expressed it long ago, and have been laughed at many times about it. So its ok. But honestly, dont you think it is unfair. I dont even like picking flowers. I like them dying on the plant. If and only if the flower falls down, do I pick it and carry it around - in hand so that I can see it. :)

Nice to note you want to learn piano and singing. All the best. I like your attitude because some Indian women may think it is too late for all these things. In my opinion you can learn anything at any ages, if you have the real passion for learning it.
It is nice for a woman being kind but this is a little too kind to let the flowers die on the plant. Each person has his/her own limitations on being kind to human or any living thing.Anyways I salute your soft heart.

Considering we spend our lives constantly learning new things, it is kind of hard not to like it! The thing i would really love to learn is playing the piano. I always wanted to learn, but I didn't have either the time or the money.
I'm definatelly planning to learn at one point, no matter if i'll be good at it or not.
Another thing I love, and I've already learned is dancing salsa. I love latin music and I started going to a salsa club in my city. I started dancing with people over there and I learned little by little. I didn't take any classes, I just had the courage to try it.
I noticed that many people would like to learn certain things but lack the cpurage or determination to start it.
As for the passion you mentioned, vijayanths, I'd call that a need for me, not a passion. I want to learn how to make money on the internet because I need them. Let us see if need is better than passion. I'll race you to it, lol :)

learning any form of music is a real pleasure Reychan. Dancing is another wonderful thing to learn. As far as making money online, you make it as a passion, your need will be automatically fulfilled soon.

Learning is great for everyone. It is said that if you learn something every day it will enrich not only your life but the lives around you. Each day, I try to find out something new, or learn something that I didn't know how to do. It could be the smallest thing that you learn that will be the best new trick or technique that you may use longer than anything else.
Good Luck!

I am with you on this, Vijay. I have a great curiosity and desire to always keep learning new things, to keep on growing. And I fully expect to be that way, like you, till the day I die. It is part of what makes this life on earth so interesting, so valuable.
