Is simplicity foolishness ?

In most of the cases simplicity regarded as foolishness. Simple persons don't understand the complexity of life. Is it the cause the simple persons are are regarded as fool?

I don't think simplicity means just one thing, there is the choice of simplicity and then there is a type of simplicity in which there is no choice. All of us are fools in some part of life so no statements that are all inclusive can apply.

There is a difference between simplicity and foolishness. There is a certain joy that can come out of the simple things in life. Simple things such as enjoying a rainbow, the lightning during a storm, or the waves on a beach are priceless.
