How to convert PayPal personal account to premier account?

Hello friends I already have a PayPal personal account. I want to convert it to a premier account. How could I do that? Please help me.....

Hmmm, i haven't encounter that situation but how about shot an email to the paypal because they are best person to solve your problem. and its too easy for them right?
