Who actually says "cellular" phones?

I dont know what is the different between Cellphone, Cellular, Mobile Phone or even Handphone..i think it all the same instead of in my country everybody called Handphone

shops on everything use mobile phone, Ive heard older people use same way the name. I think younger, teenagers etc, use shorter formes. I say its just "phone" and it suites for me. For reading everywhere,I cant remember that people use cellular. I think your not outdated, time is moving fast and lots of people use names they suit for themselves, that is why you hear it less.
