Why does it take Moola.com so long to pay?

I just cashed out at Moola and it said I am going to have to wait 12-16 weeks to see my cash show up in my PayPal account. Does anyone know why it takes so long to process?

There is a lot of people using moola so it takes a long time for them to cash out

i have used moola before but i found out awhile ago that it is a scam and they ask for your social security number on the site.. so it is deffinatly a scam.
