Are there too many true story movies out there?

They are nice, and sometimes sad, but usually they end with the main person finding some way to be happy. It makes me think of all the "true story" people that HAVEN'T been discovered, that are still suffering. :[

There is a saying that everyone's life could be turned into a book so now in the age of movies the same applies, where everyone's life could be turned into a movie. The ones that are turned into movies generally have a message attached, I mean a movie about a person who has had a happy long life, though beautiful these lives are not very exciting. It is the tragedies in life that make these movies, and how people overcome them to make them stronger. These movies are often romanticized and they are not a 100% accurate.

The trouble with true story movies is that they are just based on a true story and very often are actully far from the true facts. My guess is that many of the people who actually lived the story would hardly recognize it as theirs if they didn't know it.

My answer is NO, Most stories are coming from creative idea's, Most of them are not true, just based on fake intentions,For-example they make 20 hour movie, then after editing it becomes 2 hours movie, Lot of different ideas compressed into just 1 hour movie. Hard to see some true story movies like titanic. Have a nice day!

Yes, there are so many histories that are out there, unknown, unsolved... everybody has histories, sad histories, happy histories, and all of then are important... my prefered kind of movie is the one that tells true histories, it makes the movie something big, and give us lessons that we can really believe, not something that someone wrote, or want us to believe...
