so many people want different things some want clothes, tv, xbox, etc. me i want what i try for every year. for 12 years now i have wanted the same things. i just want to get caught up on bills and get my kids some clothes and other things they need. i want my house to be clean and everyone happy and have a peaceful day with eating and being together. i would also love a family pic of me the kids and hubby. i havent got this wish yet and i am thinking it isnt happening this year either lol. i tried so hard to save up 400.00 to buy gifts for the kids just wanted to get them new clothes and new blankets and sheets lol. they are 12 and 15 now and still have care bear sheets and blankets. i woud love to get them new ones. that and they have grown so much that nothing fits. people have gave them there old clothes that they have out grown but i wouold lover to get them something that wasnt someone elses. i went out for black friday with 100.00 thinking i could get them some new jeans and some shirts but the sales were all on electronics pretty much and the stores that had clothes on sale were still to high priced. i went to goodwill and got them some new jeans and sweaters though kinda new i guess. i am not complaining just sharing my christmas wants and wondering what everyone else wants as well. i had saved and saved then we all got the flu and well not being able to work for a week and then going to doctor and not having insurance killed the money i saved plus some lol. something like this seems to happen every year so no big deal. i am not worried about it my kids dont complain or throw fits they are always happy that we are together and that they get a few things of clothes even if they are not new ones off the rack. they have never seemed to mind. one year i got really depressed about it aned they were about 9 and 12 at the time they both made me a card and made me breakfast telling me i was the best and they didnt need big gifts cause i always made sure to have the day off to be home with them for hoidays so that was all they wanted. i think about that every year and think i had to do something right for them to think that way. when we go to the store they never beg or ask for anything they just look and i can tell that they wish they had the stuff but never once have they asked for it. my oldest today has saved up 24.00 from doing odd jobs the last month since she turned 15 and offered it to me for gas and stuff. anyways what does everyone want for the holiday? i know some want loved ones home. some want bills paid. and some want a tv. lets hear the wants. lol

I want a laptop this Christmas, but I know that is impossible since I don't have a rich friend to give it to me as a gift. But when I win in lottery I believe it is a different story. I can't only got a laptop but everything I want. Well if there is no laptop the copy of Director's cut copy of DVD of Korean series I am watching is enough as a gift for myself. I hope to have it now! I don't want to wait for Christmas but now! am I selfish?

I would love to receive a whole batch of driving lessons! I don't know how to drive and it's a real shame! I guess this has to be at the top of my Christmas list. Now I can focus on reality! Everyone has financial problems and I'm no exception! I guess I have plans to learn how to drive but it won't be anytime soon! I need to get the money together and it can be hugely expensive. Christmas is around the corner though and I guess I do like to treat myself a little although I don't pull out all the stocks as it were! I think that Christmas is mainly for children and those with large families! I don't have a family of my own and I tend to live as a solitary individual. However, I do like the Christmas movies that come on even though many of them are repeated over and over. Once upon a time I went through the present giving and it was nice but then things changed and the festive season is very different for me now. I'm not unhappy or discontent though! Anyway, enjoy your christmas and may you receive all your heart's desires! Andrew

wow that would be a lot!! when i was young, i remember that when Christmas is fast approaching, i always thought of presents and new clothes that i would wear at our school's Christmas party, and of course the foods that my mom would prepare specially at the Noche Buena, that really excites me. but as i age, i realize that what i really want is to spend quality time with family and love ones, it matters most especially on Christmas and i believe that is the real spirit of having to celebrate Christmas. yes of course we want anything and almost everything, i mean things like gadgets(laptop, newest model of sellphone, digicam, ipod) and some things like that, but at the end of that experience and desires, what really counts is that you're happy in your life.. Christmas must be as exciting and as fun as it should be, whatever you choose to do, you should have fun! Be blessed by our Almighty God!

hi easy money what do i really want for christmas. for my
adult son to get a great job, accumulate enough money to'get me out of Gold crest and back into an apartment with him
again. right now he is still out of wo rk and in gov. sponsored housing and I am still here as we have no home since we were evicted. so those are my wishes and I would be shocked if any of it came true but I can only wish. You sound really blessed with
great kids and I hope really you can get some of your wishes. If I had any real money I would find out your address and send it to you to make some of your wishes come true God bless. good luck.

Since I still do not feel the christmas spirit up to now, all I really want for christmas is a job that I would really enjoy. It seems that for the past 3 jobs I had only 1 did I really want thus my frustration in getting the right job. I want to get one so I can have money for christmas. But it seems that I am either over qualified or the job they are giving me is not the one I am applying for.
Other than that, I just want it to get over it with my son. I think that is the only thing that keeps me going.

this year i would really like my family to celebrate christmas for what it really is, the day jesus was born. a day to celebrate our saiors birth. that the presents should be given to others out of the love and compassion jesus taught us to show to others. that singing out of tune to the lord is better then a million toys that wont matter in a month. that giving a toy to a blue santa cause or working at a homeless shelter for the day means more then stuffing your face like a pig and hording as much junk as possible. but my family like junk. every year, more junk. when i wanted to take my son to hand out food on thanksgiving i didnt hear the end of it untill we didnt go and went to the family function instead. this year i want more then anything to see more people think of others. to give more then they get. to help more then they need done themselfs. to hang light with neibors, to give change to salvation army, to donate a toy for every one they buy, to donate your childrens old toys as they get new ones, to give your time, talents and money to those that need it. this year is hard and the next two will only get worse. i think a new trend needs to start. one of selflessness.
your children are beautiful and unselfish! what a miricle. dont feel bad, good for you! my sister had her purse stolen out of her truck and my son told her that maybe if she bought the guy food he wouldnt need her purse. i was so proud! humbleness is hard to find, our kids will help not hurt others. you did that! thank you for this post! it is priceless ;-)

actually, i would really like to go to HK to continue my postgraduate study next year. however, the first thing for me to achieve this target is get the band 6 in IETLS examination. although i get band 6.5 in a normal test, i am also lack of confidence , even freak out sometimes. such circumstances comes from i have less time to review it.
although there are so much obstacles in front of me , i just confront all this difficulties bravely and dispose of it.
come on~~~ just do it.

I too want all the same things that you do. I am late on the rent and never have any gas money to get anywhere let alone christmas gifts. I do have a job but have been off of work now for 4 weeks due to my childs illness. My son has been in and out of hospitals since he was four months old. But I do have to say that I already got my Christmas gift; My son is now 16 months old! The doctors said that he would never live to see his 1st birthday. Last month we were referred to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Even though we live in Illinois we make the more than 5 hour trek Every other week to get him there. When I learned of what a rare and incurable disease that he has I started to just appreciate what I have not what we do not have. How do you give thanks to people that give you time?
So this year when my 2 children do not have much to open on Christmas morning it not that big of deal. There will be more Holidays but this one is very special because there is no greater gift than your child's life. I do have a few small gifts so they will open something. But just knowing that I have one healthy child and one that is still here with us is the greatest gift that I have ever received.

Hi,
I've always been little confused about my wants. I don't want much as because there are very few things that I think I can't live without, or need badly. Never actually focused in trivial stuffs. But of course I feel I need a few things to go on. What I want most is that, I ask of God, like I always did, that he may never let me get distracted and deviated from the path of righteousness. I find absolute peace in divinity. May this elevated thoughts never let go of me. May I always be at peace and live with integrity and help others make their life easier. I may share all the sacred thoughts to people who need them and make them feel the great joy this life has to offer. Amen.
Take care...
God bless all..
