Palmbux members I need help!

Hello to all Palmbux memers! I want to withdraw my earnings from palmbux but I realize that my account email add on paypal and alertpay is the same. I want to change my alertpay email add (since I had a different email) because it might cause problem to my paypay account. I tried to contact palmbux support but the browser says "fatal error: contacting site admin". Is there anyway to contact them?
