one must gain 30 milli grams of iron for health life and most of us lag in this iron content so are you aware of the iron rich food that you are consuming in your diet

hi sarwanever! I think some of the iron rich food that I usually ate are meat, nuts, beans and some seafoods( I have alllergies). I dont know in every meal if I reach 30 mg of iron. I usually dont watch what I ate but I hope I reach the goal though , I dont want to have Iron Deficiency Anemia.:)

try eating red meat and dates daily also try out beef they have some good iron content ...low iron level causes many problem your stamina goes down to improve stamina its important

Yes most of us especially women always lag behind in this iron requirement which finally leads to anemia. There are many reasons due to which one may need more iron for the body. It is best to have green leafy vegetables, spinach, dates, jaggery, and also some herbs like sesame regularly in your diet.

deficiency of iron is a major problem and one realizes about it late. i know a few people who were diagnosed with anemia and had to take iron supplements for a long time. and yes i am aware enough to include iron in my diet. and that includes apple, dates, spinach and milk. also the second biggest problem after iron is calcium deficiency and i take care of that too.
