MyLot pays according to 'quality'. That is not exactly defined but the Guidelines give clear examples of what is NOT 'quality'. The Guidelines are very necessary reading! Many discussions are deleted simply because they don't follow the Guidelines. If you start or respond to discussions that are deleted, you don't, of course, earn anything! Something that many people don't understand at first is that earnings are not updated instantly. There is usually a 24 hour delay (sometimes more at weekends and holidays). The other thing, of course, is that MyLot is located in Kansas so there will be a time difference between MyLot and Indonesia and their midnight will be different from yours. Payment is automatically made to your PayPal account once you have reached the minimum of $10 by the end of any month. You will be paid about the middle of the following month. Most questions like this are much better answered in the FAQs. There are links to the Guidelines and the FAQs at the bottom of every page.
