Not necessarily.There is a luck and a human factor involved in it as well.If she thinks you are Mr. Right guy and she has no other special person, she might lean towards you.Otherwise, my friend you are on difficult ground.Just being there may not be enough, some special incident must occur for her to realise you are specially for her. Here the luck factor comes in.Good luck anyway!
