Its December already and Christmas is just around the bend. 24 days to count down... Me and my sister had a tradition on hanging christmas socks/stockings during our younger days. When we were kids, we used to hang stockings on our grandparents' home specifically within the hand rails of their staircase since we don't have fire place. By Christmas day, we expect it to be filled with candies and/or toys believing that Santa put stuffs on it. We never get frustrated about it. Recently, my sister asked me if I will hang one for my 1-year-old son, because she'll be hanging one for her daughter.. I said yes, but the question here is, are we the only person/s still doing this? just curious...^___^,V

we do and that is all we do for the family - grown brothers and sisters. Our family has a large stocking (almost 5 feet) that goes to somebody different each year.

really.....that's nice...does the 5 feet tall stocking goes to somebody within the family? or someone outside the family? like orphans and the like. Here, we only hang the normal sized stocking...^___^
