Will the world end on 12/21/2012?

To be honest, I don't understand why so many people are talking about it. I don't believe that it's going to happen, and I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one who has this opinion. I just understand why people are worried about it. Even if it is true, why are some people not focusing on what they have now? Why focus on that day?? I'm not sure I really get it.

Hi sincere4frdship, At the time of any big mega hit or supper successful movie,people start reacting.Some may in positive manner and some may with bad remarks.This movie has new and different concept and hence people are talking more about it. Naturally we will be on my lot after 2012 and that time i will surely respond to your new discussion.Because there is not any prediction from science or any astrologer about the big disaster.

I don't believe all that stuff. It's just like the stupid Y2K thing. Nothing happened, the world did not end in 2000, the computers did not crash, nor did they take over the world. Life just went on as usual. I think it's going to be exactly the same in 2012.

My thought? I think if I see one more 2012 thread I will probably vomit. Ok folks, once again, repeat after me.....2012 is just another year...at the end of 2012, we will go out and buy a 2013 calender like we do every year, saving the world from destruction. The Mayans did not predict the end of the world, no Mayan alive today believes this nonsense, no real scientist believes any of the disaster scenarios being pushed.

I don't think world will finish so fast..i don't believe in such things...i know this world will finish one day...the life will end. Thanks.
