a baby in a baby carriage is infront of your door.what will you do?

well, i'll inform the police. just to make sure the baby is really abandoned. and if its positive that the baby is abandoned and me and my family can afford to send the baby to a good future then we adopt him or her and make us our own. babies are angels. they bring life and joy to household.

If the only two choices were to give the baby to an orphanage or look after it, we would look after it. I would of course call the authorities so they can get to the bottom of who left teh baby at my step, but I would also request that if no one in the family wanted the baby, or if the mother and father did not change their mind and want the baby back, that I would be happy to raise the child as if it were my own. I would not want a baby to go to an orphanage as I would be afraid that the child would be in the orphanage for years and years.

I would first call the police in case the baby was stolen. But I would definitely be glad to keep the baby.

well id have to agree with the fact that id call the poliece to make sure the baby hasnt been stolen from loving caring parents. but i can say if it happened right now i have everything to care for a baby because i have one in the house allready which would be fortunate for the baby. though also if i called the police about the baby they would take it and it would become a ward of the state till either they find its parents or i or someone else adopted it legally tho i would try to adopt it for sure because i would feel responsable and it would get me outof having to go into labor again to have a second kid ;) the question i have for you is what would u do? and why is it in a wooden carrier? sounds a little odd for someone to be abandoning a baby in something of such a value?
