When I was new here, I am only earning as little as what you get now or worst even below that amount. Though I posted a lot. Anyway, you're not being paid for how much discussions you have posted here, but on the quality of your post
25% of your earnings are actually given to someone who refer you if I'm not mistaken

Okay. So here what it says on the guidelines:
If you refer,
You will then receive a mylot earnings bonus equal to 25% of that user's mylot's earnings
Hope this helps!

BUT...
the 255 is ON TOP of your referral's own earnings.
It is not taken away from your earnings.
So your ref earns $1,00 and his upline would earn 25 cents.
Total cost for myLot = $1.25.
Hope that is clear.

i know that members make money off of referrlas but i dont think its taken from the referee. where the posts responses or new discussions? it does make a difference what your doing and language is a factor too. also there appears to ba a factor in how long youve been here or i should say how active you are making your earnings increase per action but i could be wrong and this may get deleted because i said that. hope that helps :)

Thanks everyone for posting I also didnt think they would do that do.
And so the longer your here the more you make that makes sense and I think is actually a good thing to do would make people stay longer.

I had a look at your activity but I acouldn't find all of the 10 posts that you made yesterday. However I did see something else where you could be earning more.
When you start a discussion, it is not a discussion unless you go and comment back to those who respond. YOU do NOT earn for the responses that your discussion receives. Those who post them will earn for them because we each earn for our own activity here. I type, I earn - YOU type, YOU earn. If you go and comment back you will see your earnings increase
