Cyber Monday Shopping!!!!!

We got in on the Black Friday deals, but not on the Cyber Monday Deals. Yesterday we did purchase things, just not online. Maybe next year we'll get into that, I just suppose it depends on what we are in need of getting, etc. I think that it's a pretty cool idea to have Cyber Monday deals though.

Lol Rose no I have not and I have never heard of it but then again I had never heard of Black Friday either till I came here lol as we do not have them here in the UK and if we have well then I had never heard of it I hope you did get some good Deals

I did not take advantage of any sales on either day. Am not a shopper and our kids know this so what I do is make certain our kids and grandkids have cash or gift cards. This way their mom's can get what the kids want and the mom's can also approve of any toys, etc. It works well for all of us. Don't know how I got away with not shopping over the years but am one of these people that can go into a store knowing exactly what I want, check out and leave.

well, we are canadian and i had never heard of cyber monday but i did look around but didnt buy much as i have most of my shopping already done! i will keep it in mind for next year but since i shop all year round for christmas, i am usually done by now.

I don't do much shopping online..or you may say that i never did it..only for the vouchers i get from Ciao-surveys..where we get gift vouchers and we have to shop at indiatimes shopping.com.....i purchased online only from there...and dont know about this monday and friday special deals...maybe it is fun for u..but are u sure u get real good things when u shop online..that too in sales..aren't the qualities compromised?

Yes, I do feel I saved a lot of money for what I bought. No one could make me get on Black Friday. I actually did have to get groceries that afternoon at Walmart, but the crowd was gone by then. It would pretty obvious they had got cleaned out because the shelves were empty, and employees were trying to restock all the appliances, toys, beauty items... I got my sister a book for Christmas for half of the original price. I also got a season of one of my favorite comedies for 1/3 of the original price. I wasn't going to get it until I saw it was only $13.00. Usually it's around $36.00. Since I have more than that in my paypal account I figured it wouldn't hurt because I knew I had the money coming.

i had never heard of this until two days ago but apparently it has been around for awhile. i am sure people can find alot of good deals especially on the shipping and handling charges. it is a great way to save and it is good for saving on stress as well. no standing in crowded stores waiting in line. i like the whole idea of it.

Unfortunately, I did not have any money to get in on the deals. Money has been so tight lately that all my husband and I do is pay bills. We never have enough money to do things that we would like to do. I did not go out black Friday either. I went one year and had sprained my ankel badly. Some woman had pushed me and I tripped. I sprained my ankel and she did not even apologize. After that incident I decided to never go shopping the day after Thanksgiving again. Normally, I do Cyber Monday, but this year I could not afford to.
