So my Aunt has always made her version of "Rocky Road Candy" & it's been my fav since I was a lil kid helping her make cookies every winter. Well I found a recipie for Rocky Road Fudge http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Super-Easy-Rocky-Road-Fudge/Detail.aspx
You know if I add an extra cup of marshmallows it's the same thing my Aunt makes except it tastes much better! I've made 2 batches as that's all the sweetened condensed milk I had on hand and I'm so tempted on payday to buy more ingredients!!!

I love Rocky Road fudge, especially during the holidays. The problem is I don't know how to stop eating it once I've begun. I will check out the recipe and see if I can whip up a batch according to it's directions.
This is how I make my rocky road fudge:
Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
Melt the chocolate, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan. Combine peanuts and marshmallows in a large bowl. Pour the chocolate mixture into the large bowl of nut mixture. Mix it well and then spread it on a 13 X 9 inch wax paper lined pan. Chill for 2 hours and then cut it into squares.
Try it out and let me know what you think.

looks to be the same recipie except there's no margerine and it's made in the microwave.
I'm sooooooo craving more of it. Too bad I don't have money for treats this week.

I have made Rocky Road Fudge before and it turned out pretty good. I prefer plain ole peanut butter fudge though. I am not that big on chocolate. I made this stuff for my son's old daycare one time that was basically a bag of chocolate chips, a bag of butterscotch chips, and a bag of mini marshmallows stirred in. The kids loved it.
