I met my husband in college. I worked at the snack bar in the common area of the campus. They had a pool table and a couple of foose ball tables and a couple of video games there. My husband would go down there and play or watch other people play fooseball. I thought he was cute but he sounded kind of obnoxious to me. He thought I was beautiful and thought he would not have a chance in a million years. We were introduced by a mutual friend and we all sat and talked for about a half hour while I was on break. We liked each other instantly. Then I joined the Co-Ed tennis team that he was on. It took him 5 weeks to finally ask me out but in that time we had become really close friends. Of courese we both liked each other but neither of us was sure if the other one liked the other. He finally asked me out, and we fell in love really quickly after that. We got engaged after 6 months but did not get married till 3 1/2 years later as we wanted to finish college first. We have been together for 24 years.
