There is one thing I don't get it. Are people inherently nosy, or what? Yeah, Tiger Wood was at accident, and the news and radio make it such a big deal of it. Why? Mr. Wood is a human being too; he drive, and he might at accident any time. According to radio, the Florida issue him a citation at his fault, and he was charged $160 for it. The end of the story, why is it so important? Because he is a celebrity; the champion of Golf?

Someone always has to be talking about someone. who cares if he had a car accident? Maybe he was a little tipsy when he wrecked? Who knows? But who really cares. How many of mylotters have ever been tipsy, I am not saying driving like that, but just been that way? Now this little accident has turned into girlfriends, affairs and everything else.

I so agree with you. It makes me sick that everyone wants to know what happen. He is ok that is all that matters. What made the accident happen is none of our business. If he had a fight with his wife or not, sleep walking, going to the local McDonalds who really cares what he was doing at 2am in the morning. The media and the shows on TV are getting on my nerves about this. Making it bigger then it is.

The fact that Tiger Woods is a big celebrity is already a bid deal. Every thing that he does becomes a prime concern mostly of the public and that includes his personal life. I believe that being scrutinized comes within the territory of being a public figure.

I think the question here is that no sports network would like to touch the issue. Tiger Woods is infamous for not talking to a particular network, if this network offended him. So now, the whole thing has been shrouded in mystery.
And that the only people who are doing journalistic work is TMZ, which is also infamous for blowing things out of proportion.
He is human too. It's just that when he commits brain f@rts like this, it is magnified tenfolds.

He's famous, right there is a surefire way it's going to be all over the news. People like hearing about celebrities messing up because it makes them feel better and realize celebrities aren't these superhuman's and they make mistakes just like everyone else. Plus people are jealous of their wealth/fame and have to find something to try and bring them down. Besides everyone's interested in hearing about someone famous doing something instead of some joe blow.
