The Hunt for my Dream Home

My husband and I are a young couple who just kind of poke around the housing market to find what it is we're looking for. It wasn't too terribly long ago that we drove down some little country side street on the way to the place we HAVE bought (which is small, and needs a LOT of TLC) and I caught a glimpse of my dream house.
Literally. The house of my dreams.
This house is three stories tall, and it has windows that go from the floor of the bottom level to the roof at the top. It seems filled with light, both during the day and at night time, and is situated on a 4-acre lot. I have fallen in love with this house.
The sad part is, it's not for sale. We have no idea if it ever will BE for sale. No clue whatsoever. We do have a theory though.
We think there's old people who live there. So, we just have to wait for them to...y'know.
Sad way of looking at things but...man I want this house. Badly. It'll be mine sooner or later. :)

It is, isn't it? We think they're old because the house is becoming more and more decrepit with every passing year. It's really sad to see it in such disrepair, when it has the potential to be this beautiful, sprawling chalet of awesomeness. We figure, either they're way too poor to fix it (which, we can understand, with the undertaking we've done with the place we bought) or they're too old to be able to do it themselves (which would make sense as to why the property isn't taken care of very well). Hope hope hope. And...really...I hope that if our theory is correct and they are old...they have a peaceful, dignified ending to their long, flourishing lives, because any other way would make buying that house seem...icky. LOL.

Well i wished for a dream home. And i got it recently. I got little amount for it and rest through loan. I am happy i got my dream home near my farm. Investing on home is life long asset for us and kids.

Hopefully you'll be able to obtain your dream house. Sure, it might be old people, but then it could be given to their descendants. That's something else to think about. If it were me, I'd look if it is easier to build my own house the way I want it, if it's not too expensive, or ask a real state agent about that specific house? Just to be sure about the its details.
