Need ideas for physical activity to do at work!

What are some physical activities or exercises that are office appropriate? I like to keep active during the work day, to stimulate my body and my mind, but lately I've been getting bored with walking up and down the stairwell and doing simple leg and arm exercises at my desk.
Does anyone have suggestions of other things I can do at work to stay physically alert? All ideas are welcome :) Thanks!

There are always neck stretches and shoulder rolls.
Also tightening and releasing the buttock muscles as you are sitting, and the same for the abdominals.
Also I used to like to stand as I was talking on the phone and do calf raises as I was standing there. You might also get away with doing some shallow knee bends.

You might want to consider bringing with you some dumbles also so that you can lift it up with alternate hands once you're bored with walking up and down the stairs. Or you might consider bringing with you your stationary bicycle. It can also be a good idea to fastened a dartboard in your office so that you can always lift a pin and hit the board once in a while. Another can be to fasten a small ring in your office and get a small ball to shoot over it.
