k.. my advice is get the best bluffmaster in your group to do it.. not matter what fib you are presenting.. it must sound like you are the supreme authority on the topic and there is no one in this world who would know more about it than you do.. ..scream if you have to .. but let your words be heard all over.. talk like it was something you were born to do.. of course .. it will do a lot good if you would apply this before hand within your group.. take turns to present small portions within your groups and pretty soon you will have all the holes plugged up.. best of luck..

Hi Sunnymu,
That's my job...to do a presentations and facilitate a training. You can make a good presentation by sorting having all the information that you need for the subject. Then sort it out. Make an outline and do your presentation, make a bullet out of the highlights of your presentation, ONLY BULLETS. Then prepare your power point presentation. You don't have to put everything in the presentation--bullets will do and you just have to explain each bullet during your presentation. Put some animation to add little fun and entertainment but not to the point of making it destructive that your audience will focus on the animation not on your presentation. Goodluck.
