Health condition during final stage of pregnency......

My 1st delevery was normal and kid's birth weight was 3.75kg and also a healthy baby she was. But in 2nd time i got on weight and it reached from 50 to 80kg... even i did't went for reguler checkup during last month because hospital was 20km away from house and also it was a rural area. And also i was very confident myself. But at final week I find very difficult and my parents took me hospital. Doctor told me i am having BP 180/130 and it was near to dangerous level. So he immeditly gave tablets to control BP. It comes to normal within 1 day. Doctor did cecerian for me and baby was very fat and his weight was near to 6kg.Everybody felt shock seeing the baby. Because i may had Diebeties during last 2-3 weeks. We did't realised the problem because i stayed in home last month. So don't neglect reguler checkup during pregnency.....Thank you.
