I am pretty sure that most of you people do have blogs and stuff, and most likely blogs that have a few readers. Unfortunately, my blog has none, and I do not know how to get readers to my blog. Of course, it is still very new, so that might be a problem, but I really don't see why I cannot advertise my site early.
The add your blog thing on mylot didn't work and I am still awaiting a respond for my previous thread. But anyway...
yeah. How do you get more readers to your blog? My blog is on philosophy, by the way. Check it out on my profile. :)

Hi,
I absolutely agree with you here. The motif should be to publish as much quality articles as possible. If one starts thinking about increasing traffic from the very beginning, then there is all the possibility that one will loose focus from the main idea. The visitors will certainly get interested when one will cover most of the interesting and useful topics in one's blog, all at the same place. But above all, I would suggest one to be innovative.
Take care...

Hmm... yes, I've been posting high quality content that is taking a long time to think, write and edit about, and I am pretty proud of my works... just have to post more, I think, and get some visitors to my site... there has been a lot of suggestions around here, and I will try them all out. The only thing that I cannot do is to put them on social networking sites, because I don't have either Facebook, MSN, mySpace, Bebo or even twitter.
That is all I can say. Thank you very very much for all your comments!!! I will keep up my work to my very very best of my ability. :)

Just checked out the blog. Looks simple but nice. loads great and the content really held my interest. You should have no problem with vistors. You just gotta promote a little bit. YOu might wanna come up with a different title though if you are 19 now becuase you wont really be a teen when you are 20. It would be rather silly then.

You can choose to promote your blog contents on Twitter, Facebook and other social network sites liek MySpace and many more. Keep your blog posts updated most of the time and research for well sought after topics and write. Try to keep your posts long, if possible, unless you are doing it for leisure. You can also upload some pictures to your blog to keep it interesting, but make sure those pictures are with permission. All the more better if the pictures were taken from you.

Submit to as many search engines and Rss Directories as you can.
Make sure your site is attractive but easy to load.

Social bookmark your articles on various sites. This may let other visitors see something interesting in your site definiton and may forward them to your site. Also you should try to submit some of your articles on article publishing sites.
All of these seem to require hard work but commitment is one and important factor for having visitors.

hi. blogs can really be troublesome. I have been at it for a couple of months and I have been getting my hands on to every free tip that seems logical to implement. It seems like people are still dying to read about fitness and financial advice but the rest of us seem to struggle. I'll check your blog out- getting readers is the hardest thing. :)
