are you happy?

hai krisnel i am always happy, even there are some sad happend to me. because if i am always sad my husband said it's make me looks old ha.ha.

hi,kris,yes,this is a hard discussion to respond...Happiness is a broad word,one can get this in different ways.Few get happy by earning millions..few get happy even they earn for that day..some get happy by sppending time in casino's,pubs,Bars..and some get happy by spending night time near by seashore in full moon days...which i am doing,so i am happy with what i am now. Generally, yes. I chose to be happy today despite the fact that I was so sick this morning. I forgot about my sickness as I was determined to achieve my simple goal for the day - that is to achieve my 375th myLot posts (from 338) before the end of the day. But due to continuous typing and sharing of ideas in myLot, I believe I have already forgotten my sickness.

always i 'm happy. but it's no doubt that sometime i will be in trouble or be hurted by someone. but what's more importane, i will try to make myself get out of these bad situations. one book named "Psychological balance point" is very useful for people to deal with the hurted heart. it says when you get unhappy you should try to persuade yourself to be happy.

i am really happy. i dont see the point to be sad. i am a positive guy and i take things lightly in life. always think positive and you will find happiness in your life.
