Do you look like a Celebrity?

Yes, I have been told a few times, by strangers, and that was a nice compliment. However, there are people like family and so-called friends, that tell me that I look like someone famous, but it usually is said in a not nice way, so that they can be rude...you know, when they make it seem like a compliment, but it might be someone not pretty or with an infamous reputation. Not nice at all.

I have a sister who's a pretty popular celebrity here in our country and people would go and tell me that I look exactly like this girl on tv and that we have the same eyes, hair, lips etc. not knowing that I'm related to her. (Lol!). Sometimes, I'm mistaken for her although she's a couple of years younger than me. It's funny at times and irritating as well. I don't know if I should be flattered or what. People who know us would launch their comments as to who's prettiest. As far as I'm concerned, I'd prefer to stay out of the limelight. She's my sis and I'm happy that she's doing what she loves to do. It's disheartening when people say she's prettier or I'm prettier. It really doesn't matter right? *sigh* Whenever we get to meet up, I'd tell her about my this and we'd have a good laugh. There are perks of being mistaken for her though... Haha... I get to have VIP treatment sometimes. =)

I remember when I was going through my depression, the therapist was comparing me to Keanu Reeves. I do not see any resemblance to him but that is what she and some other people compared me to as far as celebrities. What about you? Has anyone compared you with any celebrities? :-)

I have been told I look just like Maxine, I think I look prettier than her though.

The only famous person that I have ever been compared to is the singer Jewel. We have the EXACT same teeth, though a friend of mine said that he saw her and she got them fixed. But when she had crooked teeth we had the exact same teeth. (I am not proud of my crooked teeth but it did make me feel a little better when a famous singer had the same ones!) She doesn't really look THAT much like me but maybe a few years ago when i was skinnier and she was heavier I could sort of see a resemblance. Now I do have a twin somewhere in my city. My old best friend met a girl at work once that she said was my twin. She was going to go say hi to her, thinking it was me on her first day working there! I know of other people who have met this same girl because a few people have told me about her and our city isn't big enough for three of me!

A few people have said I look like Meryl Streep, which I suppose is a compliment. Someone said years ago I looked like Jodie Foster, which I did not see a resemblance. I am often told I look like pre-raphalite too.

Some people have said that I resemble Ricki Lake..I don't see it. I would rather look like her than me...lol

Hmm..nope. Noone has told me that I look like any celebrity but there was this friend that told me he had another friend that looks exactly like me..or rather, we look alike. Then he showed me the picture. I was astounded at how remarkably alike we were. Only difference, according to my friend was that she's about 5'7. I'm like 5'3. Them short stumps just wouldn't grow anymore!

I was once told that i look like one of the singers from 'Right said fred' but i have put on weight since then!

My Celebrity look alike would probably be the little girl in rush hour 1.. hehe Maybe a bit closer to Lucy Liu or Lyn Ching, a personality here in the Philippines..

If I do, I don't know about it. I heard that everyone does have a twin, but I don't know who mine is.

Lacey Chabert.. A LOT.. when I was young. One guy, about 3 years ago, told me I looked like a young Angelina Jolie. Then last year someone told me I looked like a young Susan Sarandon, which is funny because my mom has often been compared to her.

I hve one taken picture here as what my friends told me,i look like iza calsado,model in avon products in philippines.While there openning brosure of avon products they are telling me its me..lol! well we have similarities to iza,the wavy hair,the way i smiled,the shape of face,the eyes,and lips.
