I just started this discussion not like my other ones, this one is purely intended to see how many people follow the trilogy, I am sure that I am not alone.
Mila Jovovich is a brilliant actress and she is phenomenally hot! .. My first reason why I started watching resident evil, but then the trilogy came out last year and I finally got hooked, I cannot wait to see how the 5th resident evil movie looks like ... after Alice who is played by Milla Jovovich get's cloned and is due to kick some serious undead butts!
If you follow resident evil, then just post a short applause, or any other rant you can get going on about, I'd like to hear from you (the fans).

While the movies are entertaining (except #3) I don't find them to be a good zombie series. They are a virus based pseudo-zombie and the later ones get fairly corny. Milla Jovovich is really hot though.

Terrible as a trilogy because only the first one was decent. Second one was one of the worst movies I've seen. Third one was fun. Reminded me more of a game Prince of Persia than Resident Evil tho.
There's also Japanese 3D animated movie called Biohazard that follows the game story. Didn't like it much. It has poor character animation on videogame level and it is quite boring. Fans still like it way more than Hollywood version. Not me.

I am one of the fans of resident evil trilogy. I saw the first two parts continuously, and was waiting for the third part.
I heard the video game of resident evil is well ahead, with atleast 7 parts(dont know exactly), but I don't really play games.
I like the story line, how they connect all the parts. In the first and second parts, you can have some questions unanswered, but they are answered in the third.
I hope the list goes on.
