How do we protect society from online predators?

Is it possible to protect our children, even our older family members, from online predators? What do you think should be done to aid in this protection?

By teaching children not to trust of strangers or anyone that is a male whether relatives or not. it is better to forewarn them and never trust anyone whom they never know.
