Eyeshadow

Welcome to the world of makeup! Since you are a beginner...I would highly recommend starting out with Coastal Scents. You can get an 88 palate,which contains 88 different shades of eyeshadow which are highly pigmented at a great deal...less than $25! Also...most importantly...you need to invest in a set of quality brushes! Just like an artist, you cant create the look of you don't have the right tools! As far as what colors go together...just be creative! That's the best part about makeup...being able to just to go with the flow! You can always "erase" if you don't like something! You can also get some ideas from YouTube...there are many videos out there that showcase different looks and can kinda give you some ideas. Take a look around and see whats out there, and most importantly...have fun with it! Good luck!

I totally agree with Iwilliams. Youtube is what got me to where I am now. The coastal scents is great and so is bh cosmetics. I not too long ago started wearing eyeshadow and you cant even tell based on my pictures! So many ppl love my photos and the colors I blend together that tey asked me to show them what I did or to do the colors on them. Many told me to start makein vids on youtube myself which I will get to so that I can help many ppl like you. But yes I have learned that you can also get beauty for cheap and it has no harsh effects. I dont like waiting at times for my stuff to get here so if you have a close dollar tree or dollar general go there and look for L.A. palettes. I have found that these colors are so beautiful when mixed together! The loose eyes shadows are addicting as well! lol. Plus I use E.L.F (eyes lips and face) brushes. They are so dirt cheap and they are so gentle to the skin. Most ppl will sell you a set of brushes for a crap load of money and they shed to no mans land and back or they are harsh on the skin. But ELF brushes only cost $1.00 at those stores and are long lasting. I do recommend that whatever you use to clean your face with to clean your brushes with the same thing bc its going on your face and we use make up to look good right? lol. But yes youtube is perfect. You dont have to spend a bunch of money on MAC and anybody else to look good. Oh yeah also make sure that when you are wearin eyeshadow that you use a base so that your colors will pop and stay longer. later!

Well, I don't often make up. But I really like L'oreal,of which the eyeshadow is very good. There is introduction of how to make the colour together,which is really good to a make up beginner.You can try. Happy everyday!
