When you arrive, what do you do?

I've never been to a nice, warm, clean beach before. I've been to ocean shores. It is beautiful, yes, but there is seaweed, and dead crab shell, along with broken, sharp shells everywhere. I love it anyhow.
When I get there, I seem to get an immediate energy boost, and i whip out my camera and head straight for the water.
What is the first thing you do when you reach the beach?

well, after leaving my things in the room, I immediately change clothes that I will be wearing for a swim. then go to the beach and see the near stores and scout the whole place first before hitting the water. And you're right, there is a certain energy ,maybe due to excitement, that flows to your vein once you reach the beach

Hi. I'm one of those who are lucky to grow up near the shorelines of a small island here in the Philippines. I would normally go to the shorelines and bury my feet on the sand. I would also take pictures of the boats passing by the shorelines.

I like to take my time. Ejoy. You know... embrace it for as long as I can. It's not like i could stay there forever, even though i wish i could. I love the smell of the ocean. The saltiness makes me feel at ease.

There are a lot of beautiful clean beaches here in the Philippines. I remember running in the shore as far as I can go and taking that moment to feel those fine white sand running through the spaces between the fingers of my feet. I miss that feeling. I will definitely go to a beach this coming summer vacation (summer here is April - May)
