can i anybody help me with this question:
Which region of electromagnetic spectrum has short wavelengths? Which end has long wavelengths? What does this mean in terms of energy?

If you're prepared to wait a few hours ... cos I'm really tired right now ... my husband will explain it to me - then I can explain it to you cos I asked him this a year ago.
I know visible light is in the middle of the spectrum, and gamma rays are after that - i.e. as you go left to right the waves get more compacted. Microwaves are before light waves, infrared is just to the left, UV just to the right of visible light and I think cosmic rays are the highest frequency of all.
I THINK as the frequency gets higher so does the energy. As I said, my ex can explain it better than me.
College project, I take it? Or are you just trying to build your own Tardis?
