Yes, it's very time to think of the solution of recessions. And I found "cutting staff" is a popular way employers chosed. Yes, it's quite easy and abvious. But the problem is, is this the only or the best way? Is there any other way to overcome this hard times?
I think both our governments and employers're supposed to do something to make employees not in worse situation. In fact, I found they can do many things except cutting staff. They should be with their staff and people to overcome it!

right they should not cut their company population, instead they do it with their staff there are some ways to overcome this problem. the government should think about it.. because if not!, many people will suffer when time comes if they dont think of solution of this crisis.

It's crisis everywhere and many people talk about crisis but never talk about ways to combat the crisis. Let's settle down and think of ways how we can survive in these times of economic crisis. We are all affected. I heard the news today that there will be retrenchment and pay cut for many employees in the United Arab Emirates or Dubai. Many of those from other countries working in that beloved country will have to consider other options.

Yah we should think of other option, but its a big adjustment for employee who have been jobless because they are not use of being jobless. And what if They are the Bread Winner in the Family? So the Govenmnet of dubai should do something to save the people for being Jobless.
