Did you know and were you aware that the beta glucans (immune inhancers) found in mushrooms, oats, barley and yeast helps retard cancer cells. thanks. i knew they were very good for you. i just wonder how much vitamins get lost in cooking. as i love them cooked but not much for them otherwise. my dad could hunt them and knew the poison ones from what you could eat. its really to bad i never tried to learn from him as its now a lost art for hunting wild ones.

That is an interesting question. I hear that using olive oil is good and Corn oil also because they retain their nutritive value at high temps.
