Hi, just ask at your bank and they should issue you with one. If you have a valid bank account, you should be able to obtain a debit card. Once your debit card has arrived, you can link it up with Paypal or other, alertpay, moneybookers etc.

Hi friend! Last time I look the card is only for US residence only, but I cannot find those anymore. If you want debit card with master card logo you must work at freelancer. Take care and happy myloting...

i have no idea about the master one i have the debit but i don't have the master. i think you have to pay on that i don't know.
