Marrige without parents consent will it work?

Many have experience falling in love and being in love...and many end their love story with marrige. Marrige is a big step because it is a beginning of a new life with the person who will live with you 24/7 and hopefully forever till dead do us part. however in certain country couple need to get the parents approval in order to get married to the person they choose. So what do you think, will it work if there is no blessing from the elderly (parents)?

how can we make them see our point of view because some parents are too stuborn to accept it? I too feel the way you do, parents have been with us since the beginning, leaving them is like not being grateful for all the sacrificies they made...

Only time can show! Some works and some does not. Marriage is sweet, but blessing from parents can make it sweeter. Think of the flowers used in marriage. The more, the better scent in the air. So more blessings, the better.

I don't think we will be happy without blessing from the elderly,as we won't feel well when we think of they bring up us.

Hi. I believe that it's still important to obtain blessings for our parents. I got married at the age of 28, but my husband and I still asked for the blessings of our parents. Married life is a completely different path, so the guidance and support of our parents will be very important.
But you know, I'd like to believe that at the end of the day, it will be the husband and wife who will make the most out of their relationship. They will have to work hard to succeed in life. They will have to be responsible and careful in all decisions they are going to make for their future.
