Do you like to eat raw vegetables?

I like raw carrotts they are good with some ranch dipping!And I like celery with pimento cheese yummy!

Sure will, they are better for you. More nutrients. Love raw baby carrots. I like peas out of the pod, but would rather have frozen peas, don't like canned peas at all. When my kids were babies and cutting teeth I used frozen peas for soothing the gums, and plus they could eat them. Carrots work good for this also.

Hi carmelbg, Vegetables in any form,either cooked or raw,are very useful for human body.They are rich with many vitamins and minerals.So,personally i like or even suits me both the way.What about you?

hi carmelbg, Yes I do but I only like eating raw carrots and other leafy veggies. But most of the time I like it cooked or blanched. In salads, I like it to be fresh and crunchy. Of course, it is best eaten with some dressing.
