How do you get referrals to your site?

I have read many people that have many different referrals for different sites, and I am new to all this money making online stuff on the internet. I would like to know how people manage to get referrals, and I would like to know how they do it.
If you find it easy to make referrals, so would like to give a lonely new newbie a tip, can you respond to this discussion and tell me how you get people to sign up under you and stuff like that?

I have been in online earning for about a year now but I still could not find enough referrals for any of the sites...It is very difficult convince others to join under you...one thing is that you should have good marketing skills...

hai nameless, i think we have the same problems, i already try to post in many site and still have no referral at all. but maybe mylotter can help me too. thank a lot for your question and i can learn a little info here

One small example which I can gve you practically is that If you want to join Neobux under me I can join a site under you . Both will have to remain active . I will be active on yours & you on mine. So this is kind of referral exchange .
For other methods you will have to add friends , tell them with payment proofs that you are earning money. Then Newbies enter everyday , they want help just like you , you can tell them the best sites with your proofs. It is a difficult task to get referrals but people who are honest will definitely join under you. Slowly you can accumulate Referrals. It needs time.
