First of all, what cooking facilities DO you have? If you have a crockpot or a slow cooker, you can bake certain things in that. If you only have a gas or electric ring, it is possible to bake if you have a large, heavy pan and a smaller tin or pan that will sit inside it and can be supported so it doesn't make contact with the base. Such large, heavy pans are sometimes called 'Dutch Ovens'. Here is a rather good article I found (which also describes using one of those tabletop toaster ovens): http://hubpages.com/hub/Baking-Without-and-Oven

I also found a recipe for baking a chocolate cake in a microwave oven. Just substitute your own (eggless) recipe and it should work fine! Cooks.com: http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1729,151174-237204,00.html

Again, you don't say why your cake is egg-free. If you are concerned about cholesterol, then there are egg substitutes available which contain mostly egg white (which is mainly protein) and you can use these (or simply separate the whites and discard the yolks); if you are allergic to eggs or vegan, then this page should give you some ideas, especially when adapting recipes that contain eggs: http://vegetarian.about.com/od/vegetarianvegan101/f/eggsubstitute.htm
