At one point in our lives, we find ourselves being indulge in a movie that somehow has something to do with how we behave or act today, may it be just a film that whenever you watch it you see yourself actually in it. In this case, Do you happen to have a particular film or movie soundtrack that best describes you? Or let's just say somehow moulded you in becoming what you are today? Or simply just a movie that you really love and you feel that it somehow describes your personality. If you'll ask me, mine would be "Empire Records", a 90's film about cool people who started working in a dying record store then saving it in the end through love of music and passion. I watched this flick for a numerous times and I even recorded it on a cassette just to be able to bring the whole film in my car even without visual. Also, this made me blossom in wanting to work in a music store which became true eventually, and it happened to be the best job of my life. Sadly, that music store or also known as Tower Records closed all over the world. But up until now, I can still smell and feel the breeze in that workplace. Its both historical and emotional for me. Comforting indeed. "Empire Records" seems to make me go back in that golden times.
