First to Win in a Raffle

No way I'm lucky enough to win a raffle. Congrats to your hubby! That's great. I have got into raffles a couple of times but I don't ever win. I did win a $100 at a company picnic drawing once. The only time I have ever really won anything.

I am not lucky when it comes to raffles. I am happy for him. Maybe his luck is changing.

I won a prize in a church raffle when I was about 12 years old. I won a curling iron of all things. It was kind of a strange prize, but it was put to good use. I have not won a raffle prize since then.

I am still waiting for the time that I'll win a raffle. Well a major prize so to speak. Like a vehicle, house and lot, appliances or trip for two in Europe all expenses paid with pocket money. So far I only won a CD in a raffle and that was back in the late 90's. Hmmmm.

I only won once in a raffle and the same thing it wasn't a major price. I won a set of drinking glasses with a glass pitcher. It's not big, but it is still something. I think that was the only time I won in a raffle so far. Yes, I had that exhilarating feeling during the time my name was announced!!! I'm not really sure if you can call it already lucky to win once in a raffle...hahaha!
