what is personality development?

In my opinion personality development requires a holistic attitudes to make a person deserving need to undergo a lot of training or self training with a lot of motivation to changes on attitude deeply embodies life purposes. It requires a sense of learning good grooming, speaking ability, grammar and practices of courtesy which scopes mostly is focus on implementing a lot of self discipline and self control.
