What time do you usually sleep?

Do you have a consistent time when you sleep or do you sleep only when you feel sleepy or tired? And as long as you feel awake and alive even if it's past midnight do you end up sleeping so late? Do you have struggles in this area? Do you sleep 6-8hrs. everyday? What are your plans to set your goal in sleeping at the right time.
I want to have a consistent time, I'm planning to sleep by 10pm but there are times that I wasn't able to follow because of unexpected circumstances and also lack of self-discipline when I touch the keyboard and go online..lol! but seriously speaking...I want to sleep early.

I know sleep on time is good for health, but i sleep at any time. Most of the time, when I feel tire, I will go to bed at once. But before go to sleep, if I am happy to do something, I could not sleep smoothly.

yes i have a consistent time go to sleep ,usualy i to sleep 11 pm,evry day it is almost regularly at that time ,at the morning i wake up 6,it regularly too.i want that i will able to follow that regulation.

..hi.. I usually sleep late almost midnight because of my little darling daughter.. she wants to play and play.. sometimes, if I'm tired and i really wanted to sleep early, I lie down with her and off the lights.. this way, my daughter has no choice but to sleep.. But I do this once in a while only.. most of the time I joined her play because night is only our play time together.. I go to work everyday so I know I needed to make bonding with her every time I go home.. this is also one disadvantage of mothers who are working.. If only I have a choice, I want to personally take care of my daughter as she grow up but as of now, I really have to work first..

hi,becdmd,for me ,i know early to sleep is better for your skin and health ,expecially the girls .but it's hard for me to follow that,i'm busy with myself everyday,but i don't know what and why i'm so busy.i will have a try for health
