If you're a train buff, I'm assuming you must have some interesting item in your living room? ;-) Part of a cowcatcher or engine or something? I have a collection of old telephones on display.

actually not in my living room.. but our entire 3rd floor (finished attic) houses my layout and all my railroad stuff. Wife won't allow that in the living room! :-)

Right now I have an old Japanese glass float ball from off fishing vessels. It is not one of the little ones. It is the size of a basketball and is a greenish color. Sitting next to it on the shelf is an antique walrus tusk carving from Alaska.
