In our life, we need to make decision or judge somethings. We trained to decide our things since we are young. Sometime, it is hard to make decision when things turn to many choices. As my friend told me that she could not make her own decision. She is very suffer that she could not have the chance to make some decision. Every time she want make decision but being constrained by her family. Some people will face this problem. Not only decision, sometime people could not accept your opinion. Is so sad that no one listen your opinion. What will you do when you don't have authority to make decision? Sometime in working places, we turn out that don't have any authority due to position. When work in group, members tend to listen to leader. Some leader could not accept other members' opinion. What can we do if people not willing to listen our opinion.
