What are the things in life that give you a high?

I have a lot of interests and hobbies, that besides being with my family give me a high in life. I am a female and love to knit beautiful sweaters (especially for babies) and crochet. Whith crochet I make beautiful and intricate doilies. I either gift them away or sell them to earn money. However the most interesting part is making them. I really enjoy making them. I also enjoy reading. I have recently joined a library. I also enjoy gardening and mylotting.All these give me a real high in life. Can you tell me some of the things that give yu a high? I would also like to know if besides all these things there is something else that I can do to keep myself busy; for I am a housewife. You could help me with that!!
