Hello, i registered in wordprss.com and start a blog yesterday.i have the same problem with you.I want to write a series of my howetown.please advise,if you have any good idea.thanks

First be sure that your blog is SEO optimized by using your main keyword in your post titles and your post whenever you can. Do a search SEO to learn more and use it on your blog. Next start building backlinks. Go to related blogs and forums and leave good comments and leave links back to your blog using your main keyword as the link text. Write articles and submit them to article directories and put a link to your blog in the resource box. Be sure you ping every post and bookmark them at social bookmarking sites. These are general ways you can get good quality traffic to your blog. For more detailed explanations on these just do some searches.

Put the link to your blog in your profile like mine is(feel free to check it out.) Also I recommend getting a spott at spott.com.

One way to get traffic is to post to sites like Ezine articles and Go articles. There is a space for a link back to your website. Other people can publish your article on their website which has a link back to your blog.

I would recommend signing up for Entrecard, Spott and Adgitize as an easy way to get a quick fix of traffic for your blog but they are only sustainable if you spend a little time on them each day.

The best way of getting Traffic to blog is through Backlinks. You should find such Blogs which are open for putting your links . Then you can use the Social Bookmarking sites to place your links there and ask your friends also to bookmark them. Join various forums and then make your signature at forums as the web address of your blog. Getting Traffic to Blog is the most difficult process .All the Best buddy.
