how to get slim in few days??

many of us are facing this problem of being overweight. the main drawback is we hav to quit many clothes just becoz they didnt fit us . tht is so sad bt m not too overweighted bt surely a bit n i want the suggestions to be slim in few days so tht i can wear watever i want to m jus fed up wid those extra skin on me. pls help me ....

You cannot get slim in just a few days. You can get slimmer in about a month. Start jogging or lifting weights to tone your muscles. 1 pound of fat has a larger surface area than 1 pound of muscle, and the more muscle you have, the more fat your body will burn. Workout 3-4 days a week, but never lift weights 2 days in a row. You need to give your muscles the time to heal after the workout. Try drinking 10 cups of water a day. Eat more protien and fiber. And fruits and vegetables! Instead of eating white bread and pasta, go for the whole wheat and whole grain. Eat lean meat like chicken, turkey, and fish. Make sure you are not over eating, but also make sure that you are not under eating. Eating too little can slow your body's fat burning ability, so your body will not lose weight as fast. Also, the slower you lose weight, the easier it will be to not gain it back.
A trick I like is eating off of a smaller plate, so it looks like you have more food, it tricks you into thinking you are eating more. The colour green and red stimulates something in your brain that makes you want to eat more, but the colour blue will make you eat less. Also when you are cold, you are more likely to eat more. I also reccomened drinking 2-3 cups of green tea a day.
