what do you expect from a rating on a TV show? in the area where I live there is no TV ratings,which resulted in anyone can watch TV without supervision what do you think of this?

if that the case the guardian or the parents should keep the tv lock and the time should be recall when those show with lewd or inappropriate show is broadcast so that children would not be able to watch it.those the responsibility fall on the hands of the adults.
